You must not

Break the law, or use Octahive to plan, run or hide unlawful activity.

Upload or send content that infringes others’ rights, is defamatory, or is malicious software.

Try to access another workspace’s data, probe or bypass security controls, or overload the service.

Use agents to impersonate a person, or to deceive clients about who is acting.

Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement. [Confirm commercial position.]

Agents

You are responsible for the instructions you give agents and for what you approve. Do not instruct an agent to do something you could not lawfully do yourself.

Outreach

Sending email through Octahive is also covered by the outreach and anti-spam policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend sending or suspend an account that breaks this policy. [Describe notice and appeal steps.]
