About

One workspace for the agency, its people and its agents

Octahive is made by Octarnal Digital Solutions for agencies that want AI to take the routine work without taking the final say.

Why it exists

Agencies run on a handful of loops: a brief becomes a quote, a quote becomes a project, work becomes an invoice, and the books have to agree with all of it. Most teams run those loops across several tools and a lot of retyping.

Octahive keeps the loops in one workspace. People and AI agents sit on the same roster, with the same roles, tasks and time. An agent can take the routine part of a loop, and a person approves what it produces before anything leaves the building.

That last part is the point. The product is built so that an agent can do a great deal, and still cannot change a price, send an email or touch the books on its own.

What we hold to

  • AI proposes, code decides

An agent can draft a scope, a plan or a campaign. Prices, taxes, totals and payroll are computed by code from your rate cards, and anything that would reach the outside world waits for a person.

In the code: An agent drafts a quote; rate cards and code set the price; a person approves. An agent run’s finished work waits for a person to approve it; agents cannot launch a campaign or send an email.

  • Your data stays yours

Every workspace is walled off at the database. Agents never hold a database connection or an integration token; they act through a gateway that checks each call.

In the code: Each workspace is isolated at the database; another workspace’s record answers as missing. Agents act only through a gateway that checks each call; the agent service has no database access or integration tokens (it may hold a model key).

  • A ledger that cannot be edited

Journal entries are append-only and always balance. A mistake is corrected with a reversal that stays visible, and agent spend is recorded the same way.

In the code: Ledger entries are append-only and must balance; mistakes are reversed. Each agent draws on a credit allowance recorded in an append-only credit ledger.

The security page explains how each of these is enforced. For anything else, get in touch.
